People of all ages are encouraged to support CWAG as an individual member. Members will receive up-to-the-minute legal and legislative information as well as information about CWAG events and programs. Cost: $25 annually for a household.

 

Individuals of any age can become lifetime members and receive all the benefits of individual members for their lifetime. Cost: $250 one time fee which includes two individuals.

Any nonprofit, citizen-based group of ten or more people in Wisconsin is eligible to be a CWAG  member group. Group representatives receive CWAG information to distribute back to their group. Group members  are eligible to vote at the annual convention. Cost: $25 annually.

Business Sponsorship
Sponsorships are available to businesses interested in staying in touch with and supporting Wisconsin's older citizens. Sponsorship levels are as follows: small businesses with 25 or fewer employees -$50 annually; large businesses with 26 or more employees - $100 annually.
