This two-part educational program gives seniors from all over the state the opportunity to participate and learn about state government and the role seniors can play in the legislative process. The introductory or  undergraduate program gives a broad background on the operations of state government. The graduate program takes that knowledge one step further by focusing on current state issues and teaching participants how to better communicate and give testimony at meetings and public hearings.
